Our business model is simple. Generate and then evaluate ideas for businesses. Launch new startups. Make them profitable and grow them. Pay surplus capital back to Seven Men to be given away once overheads and capital for growth are covered.

Elixir

Elixir Incubation Ltd (or Elixir as we call it) is a business incubator, formed in partnership with AIM listed MWB Business Exchange PLC. The business incubator provides office space, capital and business mentoring to fast growing small businesses in exchange for equity stakes, with the objective of accelerating their growth and making a high financial return. The business operates in London and Edinburgh and launched in September 2009 with £500,000 of committed funding to invest.

Expediens

Expediens Ltd is a lifestyle management business that takes care of all the tasks and things on your to do list that take up your free time. It enables you to reclaim your time, both through taking away chores and errands, but also through helping you with booking fun things you wouldn't get round to, or doing research on products and services you have questions on. The business launched its service to the Edinburgh market in March 2009.

Paving Cleaning

Paving Cleaning Ltd was our first startup and was launched in October 2008. The business offered services to clean and maintain property developments, retail parks, driveways, patios, block paving etc. Through maintenance of paving, the overall impression that visitors gain were improved. We took the decision to close this business in early 2010 to focus our efforts where the opportunity was greater.
